Will my succulent survive the shipping process?

Ofcourse! We treat shipping succulents like a science. Each plant is meticulously packaged with protective wrap to keep the soil secure and shield the leaves from impact. Succulents are naturally resilient and can easily handle a few days in the dark.

What if my succulent arrives damaged or broken?

Our Arrive-Alive Guarantee: We want you to smile when you open your box. While we pack them with care, rough transits can occasionally happen. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, just snap a quick photo and send it to us within 15 days of delivery. We will ship out a brand-new replacement to you immediately.

How often should I water my succulent?

Succulents prefer a "soak and dry" method. You should only water them when the soil is completely bone-dry all the way through, not just on the surface. For Most succulents every 2-4 weeks should be the sweet spot for keeping them happy :)

Do succulents need direct sunlight?

Most indoor succulents love bright, indirect, for about 4 to 6 hours a day. On a windowsill or near a bright window will keep you succulents happy.
