Every plant and pot is made, potted and packed by me, here in the UK. Here's how your order gets to you.

Where I deliver
I ship to UK addresses only. I'm not able to send orders abroad at the moment.

Delivery options
Standard (2nd class): £3.99
Faster (1st class): £4.50
Free Standard (2nd class) delivery on orders over £35.

All orders go by Royal Mail. Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd class within 2 to 3 working days and 1st class the next working day after dispatch, but these are their estimates, not guarantees.

When your order is sent
I pack and send orders within 2 working days. You'll get an email when your order is on its way.

Delays
If anything holds your order up, I'll email you as soon as possible with a new estimated delivery date. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Arrive-Alive Guarantee
Every plant is wrapped to keep its soil in place and its leaves protected, but rough journeys can happen. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, take a photo and email it to me within 15 days of delivery. I'll send you a free replacement. No hassle, no extra cost.
