Golden Sedum earns its name in full sun, where its fleshy, spoon-shaped leaves shift from pale green to warm amber and orange at the tips. It grows in a loose rosette that sprawls slightly with age, making it a natural trailer for shelves or hanging pots. Small white flowers appear in spring and smell faintly sweet.
